All media and supplies are additional. You are welcome to supply
your own media. Gypsy Recording/Brandon Karp will not be responsible for
any issues or problems that may arise from media.
50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining
balance is due at the end of each session. No materials will be
released until balance is paid in full. We accept cash or PayPal.
There is a 3% surcharge added to all PayPal payments.
For LOCATION RECORDINGS: Cancellations must be made within no less
than 5
business days to have your deposit applied towards another
booking. If cancellation is less then 5 days from scheduled
session time, your deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is
less then 48 hours from the scheduled session time, you will be billed for
the full amount. Additional hours over the day rate will require
time and a half pay for crew. No materials will be released
before payment is received in full.
For STUDIO: Cancellations must be made within no less than 5

booking. If cancellation is less then 5 days from scheduled
session time, your deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is
less then 48 hours from scheduled session time, your

each session, and no materials will be released until paid in full.
Studio sessions begin exactly at the start time booked, even if you
show up late. If you want to extend your time, balance must
first be paid.
All clients are expected to treat the studio, equipment, employees and
neighbors with respect. If you plan to bring your entourage to
the studio,
please get permission in advance. If the studio or neighborhood
is disrespected, the session will be ended without refund.
