Mixing, Editing, & Mastering
Whether your recording was done by us, on-location or in the studio,
or done elsewhere... even if it was done in your home studio, we are
available for all of your mixing, editing, digital mastering, and 5.1
surround sound needs.
We go about mixing, editing and mastering in two ways:
-
You are present with us in the studio, observing the
process, and giving your input and opinions.
-
You send us your materials, and we do the work for you,
unaccompanied, for an agreed upon flat rate. Once completed, we
send you a sample of the work for your approval or input. If any
adjustments or changed need to be made, we give you up to two rounds of
revisions to get it just right.
If sending us your materials, make sure to read the following:
-
Always make copies of your work before sending it...
never send your only copy.
-
You can send materials through the mail (CD, DVD, Hard
Drive), or use an online upload server (ask us about this). You
are also welcome to drop it off in person at the studio if in the area.
-
Materials can be in either .WAV files or Pro Tools
sessions.
-
Make sure files are all "rendered" to be continues
files, all starting from the "zero" point.
-
If there are any effects, processing, tuning, etc. on
any tracks that you wish to be kept and used, it must be bounced down to
an audio track.
-
Include as much paper work, descriptions, and
information about your files and the sound you are going for as
possible.
-
Contact us to discuss things further, or if you are
unsure about anything.
