During these difficult times, we are doing everything we can to work with independent artists within their budget, so that you don't have to settle for less then the best!  Contact us to discuss your particular needs and budget.

Studio Rates:

• Available with or without engineer - hourly, daily lock-out, and weekly lock-out rates

Remote / Live Recording On-Location:

• Available hourly or full day.

Mixing / Editing / Mastering:

• Available hourly, accompanied in the studio at an hourly rate.

• Online and Unaccompanied mixing, editing, and mastering is available, flat rate.

Booking Policy

All media and supplies are additional.  You are welcome to supply your own media.  Gypsy Recording  will not be responsible for any issues or problems that may arise from media.  50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.  The remaining balance is due at the end of each session.  No materials will be released until balance is paid in full.  We accept cash or PayPal.  There is a 3% surcharge added to all PayPal payments. 

For LOCATION RECORDINGS: Cancellations must be made within 5 business days to receive a refund.  If cancellation is less then 5 business days, your deposit may be applied towards another booking.  If cancellation is less then 3 days from scheduled session time, your deposit will be forfeited.  If cancellation is less then 24 hours from scheduled session time, you will be billed for the full amount.  Additional hours over the day rate will require time and a half pay for crew.  No materials will be released before payment is received in full.

For STUDIO: Cancellations must be made within 5 business days to receive a refund.  If cancellation is less then 5 business days, your deposit may be applied towards another booking.  If cancellation is less then 48 hours from scheduled session time, your deposit will be forfeited.  Payment is due at the completion of each session, and no materials will be released until paid in full.  Studio sessions begin exactly at the start time booked, even if you show up late.  If you want to extend your time, balance must first be paid.

All clients are expected to treat the studio, equipment, employees and neighbors with respect.  If you plan to bring your entourage to the studio, please get permission in advance.  If the studio or neighborhood is disrespected, the session will be ended without refund.
