5th Street Studios is Brandon Karp's private studio. This professionally designed studio offers all of the amenities of the high-end NYC studios, but in a relaxed, no-stress, boutique environment. The studio is located within 5 minutes from the beach, boardwalk, dining, and nightlife, as well as walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.

The control room offers a comfortable setup for tracking and mixing, with a digital Yamaha O2R96 console for 5.1 surround sound mixing capabilities, and centered around, both, a Pro Tools system and a dual HDR Digital Hard Disk system. The front-end is made up of a variety of high-end digital, analog, vintage, and modern preamps which can get mixed around to match with the studio's microphone collection. The seating and layout within the control room also make it ideal for brainstorming and songwriting.

In the live room, you will find a flexible, open floor plan capable of being set up in many configurations, from a soloist to a rhythm section. It was designed to feel like a comfy living room, from the electric fireplace to the rugs and lamps. The live room is home to a beautiful full acoustic drum set, an electronic drum set, an electric organ, and various percussion and other instruments.
